Hair Extensions & Products HairXtensions.co.uk cannot be responsible in anyway how the buyer uses or treats hair extensions or any other product. This includes incorrect application, damage from perming, colouring or cutting. This also includes modifying any of our products. We do not accept responsibility of damage to your hair or skin due to misuse, all application, removal and aftercare instructions is provided on our website. All products sold on this website should only be used by trained professionals or under trained supervision. Dyeing the hair can cause problems especially if you over-dying will kill the hair cuticles and any contact with the keratin bonds with seriously effect the keratin. As the hair is chemically processed to achieve the final end result colour tones, using dye/toners on the hair may not take to the hair especially on the lighter blonde colours. Using any hair colour modifying shampoos is also not recommended this is used at your own risk. We also recommend a skin test before applying pre bonded extensions: A patch test should be undertaken to check that you don’t have an allergic reaction to the cold resin (glue). To test your skin, place a small drop of glue behind your hair and leave for 24 to 48 hours to ensure you don’t have an adverse reaction. Removal of extensions should again only be done by trained professionals.

Colour Tones Unfortunately from time-to-time colours may vary from new batches, we always try to match up the shades the best we can but unfortunately on occasion our supplier cannot get an exact colour match when compared to our colour ring. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the colour you have received you may return the unused product back to us within 28 days for a refund. We will not offer refunds if you have used the hair and complain about the colour afterwards, this is why we offer a 28 day returns policy, if the colour is not suitable please submit a return for am exchange or refund.

Strands All of our pre-bonded hair extensions are single to medium -drawn which means that there will be shorter lengths within the bundles of hair and not root to tip length.

Delivery All orders placed are for delivery within the UK excluding Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or any of the off-sure Islands in Scotland are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked. If you need a quotation for delivery costs please contact us via our contact form. International delivery is available to many different countries around the world, shipping costs are automatically calculated upon checkout. All orders will be dispatched same day if ordered before our dispatch deadline Monday to Friday at 3pm. Unfortunately we are unable to leave parcels in a safe place, all requests will be ignored, this is to prove the safe arrival of your valuable goods. Guaranteed Saturday Delivery If you require for your order to be delivered on Saturday normal Special delivery may get to you on Saturday but if you require for your order to be guaranteed Saturday delivery, Royal Mail charge an additional £3.00 on top of the normal Special Delivery price. Orders for Guaranteed Saturday Delivery must be made before 3pm on Friday, subject to payment clearance. Here are full details from Royal Mail's website

Lost Items If your order has not arrived within 7 days of the order being placed, please contact us immediately so we can ask Royal Mail to start an investigation. If you report the missing item after this timescale we may not be able to make a claim to the courier service. The buyer is solely responsible for providing us with the correct delivery address, if this is incomplete once the order is dispatched we cannot be liable for your shipment.

Your order hasn't arrived? In the unlikely event that an order is lost during shipment, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible (depending upon product availability). In order to confirm that an order shipped via post has indeed been lost, we must wait 15 working days (please note International orders are subject to a 30 working day wait) as most 'missing' items are located within the postal system within this period, as advised by the Royal Mail. Lost items will only be refunded or replaced after 15 working days of receipt of placing an order. This allows Royal Mail to start an investigation into your lost order, if Royal Mail do not compensate by 15 days we will issue the buyer a full refund or replacement (as accordance to distance selling regulation of 2000)

Before contacting HairXtensions.co.uk to report a lost order or late delivery, please follow steps 1, 2 and 3 below:

1) Have you checked on the status of your order using Royal Mail's Order Tracking system?
2) Please wait 7 days for your order to arrive, if it has not arrived please contact us so we can ask Royal Mail to start an investigation.
3) Has it been 15 days, not including weekends (or 30 days for international orders) since your order was dispatched? See our Terms and Conditions of sale.
4) Have you contacted your local Sorting Office to see if they are holding the order, having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you? To find your nearest UK Sorting Office call Royal Mail on 08457 740740.

Please note, where you have paid extra for your order to be shipped via our express special delivery courier service we will of course reimburse you the carriage costs if the delivery has not been made/attempted within 2 full business days of dispatch - this applies to UK mainland delivery addresses only.

What Next? If the required number of working days has elapsed then please contact us and we will print out the Royal Mail Claim Form. Please contact us with your full name, address and order number along with a contact phone number.

Damaged Orders/Missing Items: If your order was damaged during transit or was missing itemsthis must be reported to us within 48 hours of recieving your order, and we must allow Royal Mail to investigate before we can offer a like-for-like replacement or refund. This process can vary but can take around 25-30 days. Once Royal Mail confirm the parcel was damaged upon arrival we will compensate the buyer.

Prices All of our prices include VAT, therefore the price you see is the price you pay! HairXtensions.co.uk will endeavor to hold our prices as seen on the website, although prices may change as we keep regular checks to keep our price competitive.

Payments We accept payment via PayPal, Amazon Checkout and by Credit Card using PayPal Pro. All these payment methods are safe and secure. We do not accept payment via cheque as they take too long to clear. All credit/debit card payments go through PayPal's or Amazon Checkout's secure systems therefore you card's details are 100% safe and secure. All payments must be received/cleared before orders are dispatched.

Cancellations If orders has already been processed or dispatched unfortunately your order cannot be cancelled. Cancellations can only be changed whilst in the processing stage, subject to enough notice.

Returns If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we do offer a refund policy. If you are returning our aftercare products they must not be opened and must be in there original packaging as must all of our products. Hair Extensions must be unused and in original packaging. If you have used any of the products we are unable to accept these back due to hygiene reasons. Human hair extensions is considered to be a hygienic product. As we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and unfortunately we do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers, this is to reduce the risk of cross contamination and infestation issues. All products which come bundled with a golden ribbon must be still intact and not tempered with. Hair colour must be checked before application. If any other the above is found once returned the product will be 100% non-refundable or exchangeable. The product will then be returned back to customer at the buyers cost. Faulty Items We will not accept any faulty goods/hair back after 28 days. If you believe the item is faulty you must contact us immediately so one of our trained professionals can help you resolve any problems you have, due to almost 95% problems can be resolved by aftercare advice. If you do not contact us for aftercare advice and remove the hair without consulting us first we have the right to reject any returns. If your order is under 28 days old and we cannot resolve by our aftercare instructions we will ask you to return the goods back to us for a full inspection and testing if required. If your order is over 28 days old, we will provide you with free expert advice.

Returns By Royal Mail In a unlikely event that we receive your order back from Royal Mail, this is due because you have failed to get it redelivered or collect it from your local delivery office within the timescale on the card left by the postman (normally 7 days for recorded and special deliveries, and 28 days for standard 1st and 2nd class mail) because you were not home when the postman attempted to deliver. If this is the case, and you want us to resent your order we will have to ask for additional postage funds. If there is a problem between you and Royal Mail you should dispute this against them, as we have done our part in sending out your order.

Before & After Photos Upload By uploading photos to our website, you promise that the photos are yours and of your client who you have fitted our hair extensions with. You also agree to give us permission to show these pics on our website and for us to upload them to our social media pages. If at any time you would like them removed please contact customer support.

Internet Site Security HairXtensions.co.uk is 100% secure. HairXtensions guarantees the safety of your credit card information using PayPal and Amazon Checkout. All credit card information is handled with the utmost security and will never be released to any other organization under any circumstance. We also annually subscribe to RapidSSL and Comodo. RapidSSL and Comodo are both 256 bit single root SSL certificates which secures all pages on our website.
